About The Position

The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is looking for their next Public Area Attendant to join their team. Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort’s private beachfront rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, 10 minutes away from Manuel Morales Beach and central San Juan is 21 miles from the door. Relax in our outdoor lagoon-style pool with ocean views, and join us for made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening receptions. Ideal Candidate will have a Full Availability, at least one year of Public Area Attendant and Customer Service experience based in Hospitality and will be able to communicate in English and Spanish and understand the language.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of all public areas
  • Carry out lost property procedures
  • Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
  • Manage master keys in his/her possession
  • Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, e.g monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing
  • Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
  • Check public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management
