About The Position
We are seeking an energetic Public Area Attendant to join our TEAM! At Island View Casino Resort, the Public Area Department, often abbreviated as PAD, is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all non-gaming areas, including restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other common spaces. This department ensures a positive and comfortable experience for both guests and employees. A Public Area Attendant maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and back-of-house facilities, ensuring guest comfort and safety. They may also provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
