About The Position

The PM Public Area Attendant at Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public spaces within the hotel. This position is part of the Housekeeping team and focuses on ensuring that areas such as the lobby, fitness center, restrooms, and hallways are well-kept and welcoming for guests. The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, making it essential for providing an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, fitness center, restrooms, and hallways.
  • Ensure that all public spaces are well-organized and presentable for guests.
  • Lift and carry linen bundles weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team during the PM shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in public areas to management.
