About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to communicate orally and verbally in English.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.
• Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, stand, and walk in public areas for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow directions with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents, and floors with assigned cleaning agents.
• Restock amenities and supplies.
• Dispose of trash and clean the associates locker room.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Dust furniture, pictures, frames, mirrors, exit signs, and air vents.
• Clean windows and vacuum public areas.
• Remove dust, grease, and smears from house phones.
• Replace damaged items.
• Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas.
• Polish fixtures and vacuum elevators.
• Clean ashtrays.
• Clean guest rooms when needed.
• Assist in delivering guest requests.
• Perform any housekeeping responsibilities as determined by the Housekeeping Leadership team.
