Kent is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Permit to Work Lead to support large-scale LNG and Oil & Gas projects in Port Arthur, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Permit to Work (PTW) system during the commissioning phase, ensuring all work activities are properly authorized, controlled, and executed in compliance with project procedures and HSE standards. Reporting directly to the Commissioning Manager, the PTW Lead will support planning and execution activities while providing technical guidance in coordination with Commissioning Discipline Leads. The role also includes supervising PTW coordinators and permit issuers, delivering training on PTW procedures and best practices, and acting as the primary focal point for all PTW-related matters on site. In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
