About The Position

As the PT's Bus Person you will collaborate with the Food Servers to ensure guests have all food and beverage items needed, tables are kept clean and well-maintained in a timely manner and follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience at a level consistent with an upbeat tavern environment. You will deliver exceptional, authentic guest service to care for the guests.

Requirements

• 6 months previous experience performing same or similar responsibilities preferred
• Must be team-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced, busy environment
• Experience providing high-touch guest service expected in fun, high-energy environment
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• At least 18 Years of Age
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
• Work Cards: Food Handlers Card

Responsibilities

• Greet the guest with a smile in an upbeat and positive manner
• Maintain a general knowledge of menu items and beverages offered
• Clear tables as soon as appropriate and sweeps floor underneath and around tables as needed
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area immediately
• Polish and replace glassware and silverware as needed
• Set tables according to the standards of the outlet
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Assist in running of food when needed
• Maintain complete knowledge and complies with all Departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
