Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of at least 2 years’ retail sales and/or call center experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • High aptitude for technology and the ability to build connections and relationships through digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in high volume transactions and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and conversations.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to work in a fast-paced environment while managing large volume of transactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional member service via our PTM (Personal Teller Machine) channel; through the use of audio and video communication tools with a focus on improving the financial health of the membership.
  • Build trusted relationships to identify opportunities and align the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills to provide an exceptional member experience.
  • Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU’s products and services to increase knowledge and confidence to contribute to their financial health and well-being.
  • Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.
