About The Position

The role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, where the therapist will be responsible for managing treatment plans to ensure positive outcomes for patients with a variety of diagnoses. The schedule typically involves 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week. Requirements

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Provide Supervisory Professional References
• Complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
• Experience as a Physical Therapist

• One year of recent experience in SNF
