About The Position

The part-time Women's Studies Instructor at Foothill-De Anza Community College District is responsible for teaching a variety of women's studies courses, evaluating student work, and participating in campus activities. This role requires a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives among students and faculty.

Requirements

  • Understanding of, sensitivity to, and respect for diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds, disability, and sexual orientation of community college students, faculty, and staff.
  • Minimum qualifications as defined by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
