About The Position

The PT Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising, training, and developing workgroups while ensuring adherence to safety, production, and attendance standards. This role emphasizes high productivity, accuracy, customer service, and effective communication within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains employees, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with a focus on employee involvement and communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel to support their professional growth.
• Ensures all employees receive proper orientation, skills training, and regular evaluations.
