The ATI Internal PT Travel Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of the internal travel programs for physical therapists at ATI Physical Therapy. This role involves organizing daily activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, managing participant training, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Program Manager will also track participant progress, evaluate program success, and implement continuous improvements.

  • Organize daily activities based on the organization's goals and travel program support needs.
  • Provide logistical support for scheduling interviews, travel, and office visits.
  • Conduct interviews of Physical Therapists to assess alignment with ATI's values and program requirements.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards partner to ensure incentive payments are processed for program participants.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and resource needs for clinics and support centers.
  • Ensure program alignment with enterprise-level vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Facilitate communication between leaders and travelers, driving education of the program.
  • Manage performance standards and communicate updates for continued participation considerations.
  • Build long-term relationships and manage talent communities for travel employees.
  • Evaluate program successes and opportunities for improvement, monitoring rotations and performance updates.
  • Oversee program enhancements, expansions, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience coordinating or managing programs or multiple projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and indirectly leading others.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare or related field.
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Experience in sourcing/recruiting and retaining licensed clinicians.
  • Experience with travel/contingent clinical operations providers.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS CRM/ATS and Dayforce.
  • Previous experience managing PT clinician performance.
  • Competitive salary range of $87,000 - $119,413.
