About The Position

As a Teller at CNB, you serve as the face of the bank, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while providing quality service. This role goes beyond basic transactions, focusing on understanding customer needs and making appropriate banking recommendations. Tellers also play a crucial role in fraud prevention and risk management, receiving training to adhere to regulations and identify potential fraud.

Requirements

• High school diploma or high school equivalency.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office).
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits and cash checks accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
• Make recommendations based on customers' banking needs and available products.
• Participate in fraud and risk management efforts by adhering to bank policies and procedures.
