About The Position

The PT Technical - Lab Technician-DMAC position involves providing technical support for the operation, scheduling, and maintenance of all student video, audio, and film labs. The technician will assist with the checkout and return of student equipment, support the duplication of media materials, and provide assistance for AV Services. Regular on-campus presence is expected for all LCC employment, and any flexible or hybrid work schedules approved by the College may change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and/or relevant experience in an AV service environment.
• Customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in computer, electronic or media related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in an educational environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the operation of student video, audio, and film labs.
• Assist with the scheduling and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Support the checkout and return process of student equipment.
• Assist in the duplication of media materials.
• Provide support for AV Services.

Benefits

• Hourly salary compensation ranging from $15.54 to $16.48.
