Requirements
- minimum of 6 months of Patient Care assistance or Completion of PCYT or CAN program
- High School Diploma or equivalent a must/ College preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment
