The PT Support - Customer Service Support position at LCC East involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming learning environment for the public, students, faculty, and staff. The role includes general clerical support for the extension center and associated programs, assisting students and prospective students with student services, and aiding faculty with classroom equipment and class preparation. Additionally, the position requires maintaining building safety, order, and security, as well as assisting with the hiring and training of student employees. The candidate must be available to work weekday morning, afternoon, and/or evening shifts regularly, and Saturdays as needed. The work schedule may fluctuate semester to semester and during semester breaks, and there may be a need to work at other campus locations on an as-needed basis. Regular on-campus presence is expected, and any flexible or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. Final candidates will undergo a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
