About The Position

We are on the look out for a passionate Gym Supervisor to join our team! As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Requirements

Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
Passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals
Have overall great communication and interaction skills
Previous experience within the fitness industry
Have a passion about customer service
