Requirements

• Valid State of Ohio STNA certification.
• Ability to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Support nursing staff with mobility and positioning of residents as needed.
• Document care services provided accurately and timely.
