The Dept. of World Languages and Cultures at Ohio Wesleyan University is looking for two part-time Spanish instructors to teach three introductory-level Spanish courses each this fall (2026). These courses meet on campus, three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). In addition, there may be an opportunity to teach between one and three courses in the spring of 2027 as well. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Spanish or Foreign Language Education, native or near native fluency in the language, and some teaching experience at the college level. At Ohio Wesleyan, a residential liberal arts institution, all classes are taught in an in-person, face-to-face setting. We do not offer online courses during spring and fall semesters. Pay is $5,000 per course.
