Requirements

• Security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information clearly.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience working with truck gates is a plus.
• Comfortable with standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare reports on daily activities and incidents.
• Follow Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
