The PT Sales Lead position involves following the direction of the store management team to maximize store sales and achieve sales goals, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring excellence in customer service. The role also includes responsibilities in operations, loss prevention, safety, visual merchandising, and human resource management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Follows direction of store management team to maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
  • Supports an environment of productivity by leading customer engagement on the sales floor.
  • Acts as manager on duty (MOD) when the only member of management in the store.
  • Ensures excellence in customer service by modeling brand-specific service standards.
  • Responds to and addresses all customer concerns quickly when acting as Manager on Duty.
  • Greets each customer and actively engages them on the sales floor.
  • Assists customers in the fitting room and suggests the best products for their needs.
  • Monitors that all company and store policies, process execution, and procedures are followed.
  • Delegates tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
  • Reacts quickly to all customers and associate injuries and partners with Store Manager and Human Resources.
  • Ensures visual merchandising standards for the store are maintained.
  • Regularly communicates any associate concerns directly to the Store Manager.
  • Models behavior that respects the background, experience, and unique differences of others.
  • Promotes an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
