About The Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business. A day in the life includes understanding the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. The Sales Associate will demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a positive client experience. They will drive sales by providing exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele. Additionally, the Sales Associate will develop and maintain relationships with clients, help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams, and provide continuous feedback to the store management team on store selling opportunities and successes. The role requires understanding, embracing, and exhibiting the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

Requirements

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
