Job Posting: Brand Experience/Customer Service Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure a premium in-store experience. Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest. Assist customer in the fitting room. Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourages the customer to make a purchase. Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals. Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers. Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Provides information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications. Visual, Operation, and Safety Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. This role requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity. Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures. React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty. Participates in Loss Prevention Audits, reviews results, and executes a plan to meet district and company shrink goals. Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store. Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness. Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout. Vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and tasks that require attention to detail. Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.
