As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional client experience, making every shopping moment memorable. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, curate personalized styling experiences, and bring fashion to life through your passion and expertise. From assisting with wardrobe selections to creating an inviting and inclusive shopping environment, you’ll play a key role in inspiring confidence and self-expression through style. In this role, you’ll also contribute to the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless efficiency on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Whether you’re maintaining visual standards, supporting your colleagues, or sharing your deep knowledge of our exclusive collections, your contributions will shape a dynamic and engaging shopping experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-forward environment.
  • Passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • A strong communicator—friendly, engaging, and skilled at building relationships.
  • A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
