About the Partnership: This boutique is a strategic collaboration between the Leap Platform and Dick’s Sporting Goods , designed to bring a curated selection of their most premium private labels to a boutique setting. This location will execute three distinct brand takeovers: Walter Hagen (May–June), CALIA (July–August), and a premium Back-to-School lifestyle assortment (Sept–Oct). About the Role We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our our pop-up in East Hamptons coming May 2026 - November 2026. We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering elevated, personalized in-store experiences while driving customer satisfaction and meaningful brand connections. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador—creating authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and genuine hospitality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing tasks and priorities seamlessly while maintaining a polished, professional presence on the sales floor. Key responsibilities include supporting daily sales initiatives, proactively engaging clients to drive conversion and loyalty, and maintaining visual and operational standards with strong attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with leadership and teammates to foster a positive, service-driven culture grounded in accountability and teamwork. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities, as well as potential keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, you may also have the opportunity to support other brands within the portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Comfort with retail technology such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
