Your seat at the table: Part Time Sales Associate You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Customer Service o Build strong relationships with current and new customer base o Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively o Actively listen to customers to address questions and concerns Brand and Product Knowledge o Understand history and current positioning of the brand and product value proposition o Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise Visual Merchandising o Create an exciting and enticing store ambiance and deliver the best in store customer experience o Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal This seat reports to: Community Outreach Retail Manager Our company believes leaders are critical to the success of each individual. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Good reading, writing and verbal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently including cash handling
- Ability to move and /or lift up to 50 pounds with team assist
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience preferred but not required
