About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate position at Leap's Outerknown store in Georgetown, DC, is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to the store's success. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in a similar category preferred.
• Comfortable working with and using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
• Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.

• Experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office.

Responsibilities

• Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty.
• Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
• Participate in general store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Support other brands under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations, and additional coverage.
• Embrace learning and leverage new technologies, systems, and apps; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is a plus.
• Perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keys.
