The Part Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating hand inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They assist the management team to develop action plans and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service. Achieve personal sales goals. Develop a selling culture in the store. Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service. Works as part of the management team to train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations. Leads team to ensure that all members of the store team are goal oriented, motivated and productive. Insures that all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised. Responsible for managing the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not there. Maintains adequate sales floor coverage. Assist the management team to track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved. Work with management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service.
