About The Position
The PT Sales Associate position at LOFT Outlet is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. In this role, the Sales Associate will anticipate customer needs and strive to achieve both store and individual performance goals. Active listening and applying coaching on customer interactions will be essential to maximize productivity and capture customer opportunities. The Sales Associate will support the business strategy and adjust tactics as necessary to effectively reach goals. A strong understanding of fashion and current market trends is crucial, as the Sales Associate will articulate these trends in every customer interaction, representing the brand by adhering to its dress code guidelines. The position also involves maintaining merchandise flow and freight processes, ensuring proper execution of visual brand standards. The Sales Associate will leverage tools to drive operational excellence through Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all brand standards. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing associate training, working collaboratively with internal partners to accomplish assigned tasks. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as the Sales Associate must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
