Requirements
- One (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Nice To Haves
- Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GM to organize the DTC requests.
- Outreach to DTC requests within 24 – 36 hours of receiving customer inquiry.
- Ability to communicate product features and attributes to coworkers and clients
- Complete DTC Send Sale forms and submit for approval.
- Ready DTC purchases for shipment.
- Ring DTC sales through KWI
- Maintain DTC shipping and purchase records.
- Assist sales team with all store DTC shipments.
- Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service over the phone, written, and in person.
- Assist on the sales floor when needed.
- Assists in stock keeping, watch charging or any other BOH function as determined by the GM.
- Assists in taking of inventory of stock, and advising management when store is running low on supplies or merchandise.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
- Utilizes maintenance checklists daily to ensure consistency of the store and stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in store maintenance such as cleaning display cases, bathroom, counters, etc.
- Adheres to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures
- Represent Citizen and all products in a positive manner
- Maintain a positive attitude while working with the team.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
- Respect the schedule and attendance, be on time for shifts and ready to work when shift begins.
- Meets regular, predictable, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Respect the company dress code requirements.
- Appropriately stocks cases, counters, or tables with merchandise and point of sale materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned
