About The Position

We integrate science, biomechanics, Postural Restoration® principles, and whole-person wellness to help clients restore movement, build strength, and transition confidently from rehab to long-term fitness. We’re hiring a Part-Time PT Rehab Aide + Restorative Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to support both our physical therapy team and our fitness programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow clinically, learn from sport and spine experts, and build a meaningful career at the intersection of rehab and fitness. This is a developmental pathway for fitness professionals who want to deepen their skill set and impact.

Requirements

  • Athletic Trainer (ATC), Strength Coach CSCS, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) or actively working toward certification
  • Strong interest in biomechanics, anatomy, rehab-informed training, and restorative fitness. Interested in learning more about Postural Restoration.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and supporting both fitness and clinical rehab teams
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Eager to learn, on-the-job training and mentorship provided
  • Available consistent 10–20+ hours per week, with potential for growth.
  • Interested in growing a fitness clientele base certain times and days of the week (private and semi private training sessions).

Responsibilities

  • Support physical therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed clinicians
  • Cue exercises, monitor form, and assist patients through prescribed programs
  • Assist with clinic flow, patient transitions, and customer experience
  • Support opening/closing procedures, equipment setup, and clinic readiness
  • Uphold HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and professional standards
  • Design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging programs for private, semi-private, and small-group clients
  • Perform fitness assessments and movement screenings to guide programming
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and support goal achievement
  • Lead warm-ups, mobility, strength, and restorative movement sessions
  • Collaborate with the team on client retention, program growth, and community engagement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
