Responsibilities

Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner to provide our customers the best experience.
Meet and greet customers to answer questions or direct them to the correct department or employee.
Scanning documents via scanning software.
Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work.
3:00pm – 8:00pm shift M – F and rotating Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm with other PT receptionist.
