About The Position

Grow with us as a PT Receptionist at our Billie Arthur Design Studio in Sioux Falls, SD! Make a positive difference by creating a welcoming first impression both in person and over the phone. We're seeking an excellent communicator who is customer-oriented, self-motivated and organized to oversee our busy front desk. Part-Time: Flexible Schedule with Multiple Shifts Available! You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors alike to the appropriate area of our company. Assist with exclusive events in The Billie Arthur Design Studio i.e. supplies, vendor coordination and communication. Using your customer service skill-set and professional appearance greet everyone who enters the building with a positive attitude and demeanor that represents the values of The Billie Arthur Design Studio. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment.
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and written.
• Previous experience in an administrative/office environment preferred.
• Must have a polished and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients and vendors at the front desk.
• Assist with exclusive events in The Billie Arthur Design Studio, including supplies and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
