About The Position
The PT Produce Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service within the Produce Department at Food Lion. This role focuses on maintaining standards in accordance with company guidelines, maximizing sales through excellent customer service, and minimizing shrink through proper practices. The associate will engage with customers, assist in the stocking and display of produce, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
