About The Position
The Head Pool Manager position is a seasonal position with the City of Pasadena Parks & Recreation Department. The role involves managing swimming pool operations and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality customer service for all City of Pasadena citizens and its guests. The Head Pool Manager will oversee assistant pool managers, pool managers, managers in training, cashiers, swim lesson instructors, lifeguards, and all guests of the facility, ensuring the safety of each individual.
