Responsibilities
- Personalize the customer experience by using skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Assist with filling and processing prescriptions alongside pharmacists.
- Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions such as filling and organizing.
- Adapt to changing retail environments and perform other job functions as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must meet minimum age and educational requirements.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
