Responsibilities

• Perform total store management responsibilities as required
• Manage, implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all areas of the store
• Minimize store expenses through efficient use of supplies and proper maintenance of equipment
• Identify cost-cutting opportunities
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and organization of the grocery backroom
• Promote proper product rotation and associate productivity
• Maintain the company sign program and merchandise weekly distributions
• Order shelf stock and sale items
