About The Position
The Foothill-De Anza Community College District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Microbiology Instructor. This role involves teaching courses in Introductory Microbiology and Applied Microbiology, with a focus on delivering high-quality instruction to community college students. As a part-time faculty member, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing student work, submitting grades in a timely manner, and participating in the assessment of your performance through administrative and student evaluations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage in campus and staff development activities, contributing to the broader college community. This position is part-time, and applications will be accepted continuously, remaining on file for two years from the date received or last submitted. It is important to note that the Foothill-De Anza Community College District does not reimburse applicants for travel, lodging, or any other costs incurred during the interview or employment acceptance process.
