As a Member Service Specialist (MSS), you will be the first face our members see and seek help from when they walk through the doors at one of our branches. This is for the every Mon & Fri (8:30a-6p), and Sat (8:45a-3:15p) shift full days. At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include: Ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services. Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success. Learning a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions. Utilizing resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact. Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services. Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
