About The Position

Are you passionate about early childhood development and ready to make a lasting impact? We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Licensed Early Childhood Family Education Teacher to create magical learning moments for our preschool-aged children (ages 2–5) while building strong partnerships with families in our community. Your Role Will Include: Designing and leading engaging, play-based activities that spark curiosity and foster growth across literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and physical skills. Creating a classroom environment where exploration thrives and every child feels safe, included, and excited to learn. Tracking each child's unique developmental progress through careful observation and assessment. Celebrating milestones with families and using insights to tailor your teaching approach. Maintaining accurate records and communicating growth to families. Partnering with families to create strong, positive relationships. Collaborating with colleagues and sharing innovative ideas to enhance our program. Contributing to a vibrant learning community where everyone feels valued and heard. Applying effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive, respectful learning environment. Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards. Participating in ongoing professional learning opportunities to continuously refine your teaching practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, social work, or a related field.
  • Genuine commitment to supporting diverse families, including those facing challenges.
  • Cultural and linguistic competency, strong communication abilities, and effective classroom management skills.
  • Background in educational settings with knowledge of modern teaching tools and technology.
