Over 3,200 dedicated employees contribute to its growth. The company is looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join its fast-growing team. This part-time Jewelry Merchandiser role, approximately 15-18 hours per week, involves being the face of beeline, working flexible hours, and traveling throughout an assigned territory in Iowa City/Cedar Rapids. The merchandiser will build relationships with retail store teams and merchandise the latest trends in fashion jewelry and accessories. The role reports to a District Manager and involves managing a market of around 3-20 retail locations within a given mile radius.

Requirements

Energetic, reliable, and great with people
Learns quickly, stays organized, and pays attention to the details
Likes to follow directions but doesn’t mind making decisions when necessary
Comfortable with technology, have access to the internet and an email account, and can work effectively without a ton of supervision
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license; in metropolitan markets, an exception to the Driver’s License requirement for MMs may be considered with Supervisor approval
Proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and valid license will be required and verified on a regular basis
Be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
Be able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel
General availability to train during daytime business hours
Satisfactory completion of a Background Validation and Motor Vehicle Report Check

Responsibilities

Maintaining fixtures with our jewelry and accessories
Conducting multiple inventories
Keeping the fixture area clean and organized
Building relationships with store employees
Completing routine administrative tasks
