Requirements

• Diploma or certificate of completion from an approved HVAC/R program
• Associate degree preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• HVAC journeyman license is highly preferred
• At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R technician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated and results driven

Nice To Haves

• Prior higher education teaching experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC/R coursework in the HVAC certificate program
• Provide academic advising to students
• Assist the program director
• Participate in department training and meetings
• Attend graduation events
