Requirements

• Previous playing or coaching experience in football is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a successful football program consistent with the Athletic Department Mission Statement.
• Work collaboratively with departmental and institutional colleagues.
• Direct coaching activities during practice and competition.
• Organize recruitment activities for the program.
• Abide by college and sport affiliation rules and regulations.
• Promote compliance with NJCAA and institutional regulations.
• Prioritize student-athletes' academic success and overall campus experience.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Manage the football program's operational budget.
