Responsible for answering customer inquiries and completing transaction requests received through the Interactive Teller Machine. This position is responsible for performing Teller transactions for existing customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner according to bank procedures. This position requires extensive customer interaction, and a broad knowledge of all bank products and general operations. Provides exceptional customer service in response to customer needs and requests. Work schedule is expected to be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
