Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Class III gaming environment as a Table Games dealer required.
• Must proficiently deal a minimum of three carnival games (not including Casino War), Blackjack and Mini Bacc.
• Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited Gaming School or equivalent.
• Must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency.
• Must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Responsible for attending all mandatory training for games offered at Tampa Hard Rock.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game.
• Conducts assigned game with respect to Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and regulations and procedures.
• Those offered Part Time Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor will be scheduled to work (3) Floor Supervisor and (2) Dealer shifts for the first (4) weeks for training purposes.
