About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting customers to and from the dealership in a timely, safe, and courteous manner. As a key member of our customer service team, the Shuttle Driver helps create a positive experience for our service customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting customers of all ages and abilities

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with the local area is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the dealership shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership and approved local destinations
• Greet all customers warmly and professionally; assist with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer drop-off and pick-up times
• Communicate with the service team to coordinate customer rides efficiently
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to management
• Assist with light errands, parts delivery, or dealership support when shuttle runs are not needed
• Uphold the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction and safety
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety guidelines
