About The Position

This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.

Requirements

• Must have a pleasant personality and neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
• Keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
• Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
• Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils clean.
• Organize and maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary.
• Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in the kitchen.
• Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks.
• Follow all rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions.
