Provide support for Disability Support Services. Assist in the implementation of procedures and processes for students with disabilities. Coordinate and organize Disability Support Services calendars/appointments. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Office Administration or related field and two years related experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Access Database, word processing, databases and spreadsheets, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high quality of confidentiality regarding student documentation/disability.
  • Data entry of Disability Support Services documents into in-house database.
  • Maintain database aimed at documenting relevant information for reporting purposes.
  • Manage, organize and update the filing system, including document imaging.
  • Assist students as directed with registration and accommodation request process.
  • Update and manage student intake packets and other Disability Support Services literature.
  • Assemble and distribute Disability Services Provider materials as requested; process Service Provider logs, and enter data into spreadsheet for tracking and billing purposes.
  • Assist students who are approved for specialized equipment / assistive technology.
