About The Position
As a Server at Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and their guests. Located in a beautiful 94-acre continuing care retirement community just 15 minutes from downtown Richmond, this position is not just about serving food; it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy their meals and engage in meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for accurately recording and inputting food and beverage orders into the POS system, delivering meals, and ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. Your friendly demeanor and knowledge of the menu will enhance the dining experience, making each meal a special occasion for our residents. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on our menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods. Engaging with residents and their guests will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you share daily menu highlights and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Your ability to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience will be essential in fostering a sense of community and belonging among our residents.
