About The Position

Watermelon Swim is seeking a Back-of-House Customer Service Representatives to join our melon-tastic team in our Riverview and Wesley Chapel locations. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to support our mission of safety and community. As a key member of Team Melon, you will: Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and internal systems. Assist clients with scheduling, account questions, and general inquiries. Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate information flow and a seamless client experience. Support Front Desk team as needed. What We’re Looking For: Organized, dependable, and friendly individuals with a service-oriented mindset. Previous customer service or administrative experience (behind-the-scenes support preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working with multi-line phone systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
