The PT Custom Framer position at Michaels involves building customer relationships while providing custom framing solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-quality framing orders, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers in a retail environment.

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Execute Company policies and standards.
Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC to build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
Deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Deliver friendly customer service; assist customers in finding products and provide a well-merchandised store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact with others in a respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed.
Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
Acknowledge customers and assist with Omni channel processes.

Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Retail experience.
Experience selling products and/or services to customers.
